For a Timeline To Be is a collective research on dance as an artistic practice in Portugal in the 20th and 21st centuries. The project proposes the unique construction of a series of chronologies, relating events of social, political, cultural and artistic matrix – suggested as significant by dancers, choreographers, specialists and spectators. After a three-month residency at the Dance Superior School in Lisbon, the project arrives at Centro Cultural do Cartaxo to make known this little documented part of our cultural heritage.
The setup of FOR A TIMELINE TO BE in Cartaxo had the support of MULTIVICA – Design e Publicidade, lda.
