Masterpiece, 2013
Masterpiece (2013)* is the result of a research project on processes of conforming bodies to movement. It develops through a series of actions, such as object manipulation and construction of environmental obstacles, which propose modes of interaction between object and subject. Through a repetitive, exhaustive and progressive methodology, it seeks making visible the process of writing, incorporating and embodying choreography. Concurrently, it experiments balance in the relation between material and corporal objects, while questioning the quality of self-adaptation as an ethical imperative.
